ILKA STAUB
Ilka Staub is a doctor of Sport Science working at the German Sport University Cologne at the Institute of Professional Sport Education and Sport Qualifications. Her professional focus is research and education in Swimming and Aquatics. She is an A-Licence Coach and co-founder of the swimming club "Kopfsprung Köln e.V." (with about 500 members), where the transfer between research and practice is explored.
PER OSLAND
Per Osland is the head of one of Norway’s biggest swimming clubs, «Trondhjems Svømme & Livredning Club», in the city of Trondheim. He is also a former head coach for the same club, in addition to coaching the regional youth team.
He is a skilled and knowledgeable teacher within the Norwegian Swimming Federation’s coaching programme. He has a solid educational background, completing all the existing coaching levels within the organization. One of his main interests and focus areas is the topic of team leader development. He believes this is the key to a successful learn to swim programme.
